My daughter’s graduation party started at 4pm and went through the evening.

We had it at our house in the backyard. It was an outdoor graduation party.

We served about 200 people at the party. Most of the food was cooked and prepared by us.

Our Graduation Party Menu

Our graduation party menu included:
  • Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches (in roaster) served on hamburger buns
  • Meatballs in spaghetti sauce (in roaster) (served with toothpicks)

    • To make your own - buy lettuce leaves and relish trays from the grocery store deli, lay the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the tray and arrange the veggies on top, put the dip in a bowl in the middle of the tray - put the dip bowl in a larger bowl full of ice

    • Have extra vegetables ready in plastic bags to refill the tray when needed

    • Wash and cut veggies the day before
  • Nacho dip (in crock pot) and tortilla chips
  • Plain potato chips (big bowl) & dip (refill when needed)
  • BBQ potato chips (big bowl) (refill when needed)
